This settings page enables you to control the headers and footers that are shown on printed file or folder comparison pages.
Header
Check this checkbox to show a header on printed file or folder comparison pages.
Header entry field
This control displays a preview of how the header text will appear in a file/folder comparison printout. You can edit the contents of the control to change how the header will appear, and the information that it will contain. Tokens can be inserted into the text for expansion during printing using the Insert Token drop-down.
Text can be formatted by selecting it and using the Format menu.
Header Insert Token
Use this drop-down list to insert special tokens into the adjacent header entry field. The available tokens are described below.
Footer

Footer entry field
This control displays a preview of how the footer text will appear in a file/folder comparison printout. You can edit the contents of the control to change how the footer will appear, and the information that it will contain. <F1/> | First File/Folder Path & Name (Full) | The full path and filename of the first file or folder. |
<F2/> | Second File/Folder Path & Name (Full) | The full path and filename to the second file or folder. |
<IF3> <F3/> </IF3> |
Third File/Folder Path & Name (Full) | The full path and filename of the third file or folder, but only when printing a three-way comparison. The <IF3></IF3> is used to enclose text that should only appear in a three-way comparison printout. |
<PF1/> | First File/Folder Path & Name (Short) | A shortened form of the path and filename to the first file or folder. |
<PF2/> | Second File/Folder Path & Name (Short) | A shortened form of the path and filename to the second file or folder. |

Third File/Folder Path & Name (Short) | A shortened form of the path and filename to the third file or folder, but only when printing a three-way comparison. |
<T1/> | First File/Folder Title | The panel title assigned to the first file panel or folder results column via AppleScript. If no title is set, the file path is used instead. |
<T2/> | Second File/Folder Title | The panel title assigned to the second file panel or folder results column via AppleScript. If no title is set, the file path is used instead. |
